We recognise that circumstances may lead to the need for event cancellations or rescheduling. To accommodate our limited availability, kindly provide sufficient notice to allow us to fill the appointment slot.
To cancel, please send a joint notification via email to info@westernmediationgroup.com.au. If no prior notice is given or it falls below the minimum 15-day notice period, a cancellation fee will be applied as per the outlined schedule below.
15 Days or Greater - Nil Cancellation Fee
14 Days or Less - 20% of Event Fee
Less than 3 Business Days - 50% of Event Fee
In cases of applicable cancellations, invoices for cancellation fees will be promptly issued upon receipt of cancellation notice and should be settled within 7 days, unless payment has already been received. Unless alternative arrangements are mutually agreed upon in writing, the fee is divided equally between the parties involved.
